FRANK! ceramics (by me, Frankie Bliss) is inspired by and propelled through the interconnectedness of our world, and the hope for wellness of all beings, things, and experiences. I aim to create vessels through which we can share and hold. They are my attempt to witness it all, while maintaining personal practice of relief through release. Made with my hands and painted and etched with them too, this art offers a choice to remember our impermanence. Is this confusing? I’m pretty sure I mean it… Without the beauty of the world and everything temporary being made of love, this art could not exist. Without the silliness and unbelievable nature of that existence - the heavy weight of it, too - this work would be obsolete.
